About Us

When my husband and I were graduate students, we lived over 2,000 miles away from our family, friends, and support system. While that season was beautiful, it was deeply challenging, especially after we welcomed our first baby. Funds were extraordinarily tight as we worked to build a better future. I relied heavily on my community to make sure our son had everything he needed to thrive. Where we lived, a network of moms shared and passed down baby supplies from one home to the next. It was an absolute lifeline for our young family. When we moved to the Pacific Northwest, I joined local community groups and quickly recognized a deep, widespread need for genuine connection and support for growing families. I never forgot that scary, overwhelming feeling of wondering if I would be able to provide for my baby. Every time I read a post from a parent struggling in our community, it took me back to the fear and uncertainty I felt.  I was once a new mother supported by a village of moms. Today, I am a mother of three, a business owner, a mental health professional, and an advocate. For years, my family, friends, and I gathered donated supplies and funds to distribute to local families in need. As the demand grew, we realized establishing a formal nonprofit was the necessary next step to open more doors and serve even more people. At my core, I love supporting other mothers because I remember what it felt like to need a hand and I will never forget the mothers who helped me get on my feet when I needed it most.
