About Grocery Help
Moms Helping Moms Spokane offers emergency grocery support for families facing an unexpected gap, when other resources aren't available or don't meet your family's needs. Because we're a small, volunteer-run group, we aren't able to provide ongoing groceries, so grocery help is available once every 6 months per family. The exception is safe foods for neurodivergent kids. If your child has specific safe foods, please let us know, as we can help with those more often. We're always happy to help connect you with food banks and other programs too.
We especially love helping neurodivergent kids get food they feel they can eat. Many kids have specific "safe" foods, so please tell us what works for your child and we'll do our best to find it.
